Positive, The building was beautiful and very spacious. Location was perfect, just a short walk from the Vatican. Staff were super helpful, providing a detailed map and great recommendations, which made exploring easy. It felt safe too, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a great stay! 😊

The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes from St Peter's Plaza. The mattress was uncomfortable, impacting our sleep.

The location was difficult to find, especially at night. The room was too small for the price and had poor soundproofing, making it hard to sleep. I was disappointed that the reception closed early, limiting our options on check-out day.

The reception isn't on the ground floor, which was inconvenient!!! The elevator is tiny and out of order at times!!! The acoustics are poor, making it hard to sleep due to noise from neighbors!!! Bring your own coffee if you're a caffeine addict!!!

The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I appreciated the central location in the Prati area, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was clean and had all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfy and perfect for a good night's rest. I loved the lovely city view, which added a nice touch to my experience.

However, I found the soundproofing could be improved as some noise came through from the hallway.

We had a wonderful stay in a Superior Double Room with Extra Bed. The accommodation was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for our family. The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes from the Vatican and close to shops and dining options. The staff was accommodating and made us feel at home. Plus, the little kitchen allowed us to prepare some snacks.

Had a lovely one-night stay in a spacious suite. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel at home. While the soundproofing could use improvement, it didn’t detract from my experience. A tip, bring an extra blanket as nights can get a bit cool.

The room was cozy and modern, with a delightful antique chandelier. The staff made everything easy, especially with the excellent airport transfer service. Noise levels from the street were noticeable, but the location was ideal for walking to major attractions like the Vatican and the Colosseum.

The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute stroll from Ottaviano, San Pietro, Musei Vaticani, with stunning rooms featuring premium bedding. The espresso in the office was SO delicious! The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing detailed maps and taking the effort to ensure all my needs were met.
